Pre-Screening After we receive your application materials, an On Assignment recruiter will conduct a pre-qualifying telephone interview and, if necessary, schedule a follow-up interview. This interview is designed not only to assess your technical skills, but also to get to know you as a person - your abilities, aspirations and expectations. The pre-screening process plays a critical role in matching your skills, experience and preferences to the project you are looking for. Project Preparation Finding the right project is only the first step. We also help you prepare and present yourself to your best advantage. This includes everything from a thorough briefing on the project and sponsor, to ongoing support and career planning. Project Mentoring Your recruiter will stay in contact with you throughout the project to ensure a successful experience. On Assignment recruiters act as your ally and advocate, answering questions, offering advice, counsel and support. Whatever you need, your recruiter is there to connect you to the right resources within On Assignment. For additional support, our Service Center is open Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST to assist you with your needs.
