Job Description
• Monitor and collect clinical trial data; assist with the management of the operational part of a multicenter/complex clinical trial; and prepare written reports, protocols, and study tracking documents in a timely, concise and accurate manner
• Manages day-to-day interactions with study sites
• Completes site correspondence, telephone logs, and other relevant documents
• Implements, tracks, and reports patient recruitment and retention at investigational sites
• Review Informed Consent Forms
• Prepares study start-up documents including investigator study files, enrollment logs, etc.
• Provides information for input into Clinical Trial Management System, and updates information as necessary
• Proactively identifies study-related issues and provides recommendations for resolution
• Reviews, maintains, and archives study administrative and data management files
• Review regulatory documents
Qualifications
• Candidate must possess a degree (BA/BS) in Life Sciences along with a minimum of 3 years directly related pharmaceutical/CRO industry experience.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment (FDA, ICH, GCP),
• Demonstrates computer proficiency
• Excellent organization and time management skills
