Job Description
The successful candidate will perform and coordinates all aspects of the clinical monitoring process in accordance with good clinical practices (GCPs) and global SOPs to assess the safety and efficacy of investigational products. This is a home-based position that requires overnight travel, up to 60%. There are contract and direct hire positions available, with a full benefits package offered for both.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or related field or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution.
• Minimum two years experience as a clinical monitor or field CRA.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Demonstrated ability to attain and maintain a working knowledge of GCPs and applicable SOPs.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn and become proficient with appropriate software.
• Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently as needed.
